2. Nature of the business
We are an inventory-model e-commerce entity. We own the goods we sell and we are the seller of record for every order placed on this website. We are not a marketplace: no third party sells through this site.
Where you buy a HighSpark product on Amazon, Flipkart or Myntra, the terms of that marketplace govern the sale and the returns policy of that marketplace applies.
3. Goods and disclosures
- Country of origin: India, unless a product page states otherwise.
- Materials: 925 sterling silver (92.5% silver) unless the product page states otherwise. Plated finishes are stated on the product page.
- Hallmarking: we hold BIS hallmarking registration HM/C-7590837410. Hallmarking of silver is currently voluntary in India under BIS rules. Where a piece carries a hallmark, its purity, HUID, hallmarking date and testing centre can be verified free in the BIS Care app.
- Total price: every price shown includes GST. The complete breakdown — item price, discount, delivery, any COD fee and tax — appears at checkout before payment. No charge is added afterwards.
- Warranty: a 6-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects — see the Warranty Policy.
- Returns, refunds and exchanges: see the Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy.

4. Intellectual property
The HighSpark name and logo, all product designs, photographs, illustrations, text and page layouts on this website are the property of Arara Jewels LLP or its licensors, and are protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999 and the Designs Act, 2000.
You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use — including reproduction, redistribution, resale, or use of our product photography in listings or advertising — requires our written permission.
To report infringement of your own rights by content on this site, write to our Grievance Officer with details of the work, the URL complained of, and a statement of your rights.
5. Accuracy of content
We take care to keep product descriptions, prices, availability and delivery estimates accurate, but the site may occasionally contain errors. Where an error affects an order you have placed, section 5 of our Terms of Service explains what happens — in short, we contact you before dispatch and you may cancel for a full refund.

Consumers may bring a dispute before the District, State or National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission — including the one where they reside or work, under section 34(2)(d) of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Nothing on this website restricts that right.
For non-consumer disputes, the courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
