🔁15-Day Return & Exchange Policy

You can return or exchange unused and unworn items within 15 days of delivery, for products purchased only on www.highsparksilver.com.

🔄Exchanges (Recommended)

  • The fastest way to get what you want.
  • No restocking fee for exchanges.
  • Your exchange will only be processed after the original item is picked up and returned to us. There will be no exceptions to this policy.

🛠️Damaged or Wrong Item?

  • If you see any manipulation or a broken seal, do not accept the package from the courier partner. Always take a video of the unboxing of your product.
  • Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

✅Eligibility Criteria

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
  • Must be accompanied by the invoice.
  • All free items received with the order must be returned for a full refund.
  • Items that are resized, altered, or damaged are not eligible.
  • International orders do not qualify for return or exchange.
  • Once exchanged, the item cannot be returned again.
  • A ₹100 return fee applies (covers shipping and restocking).

📦Return Process

  • Reverse pickup may take up to 3 working days from the time of request, depending on your location and courier availability.
  • Refund is initiated only after the item reaches us and passes inspection.
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 3–7 business days after approval.
  • COD refunds require your bank or UPI details to process.
  • If reverse pickup is not available, you must ship the product yourself to our warehouse.
  • Returns may take up to 20 days to reach us — we appreciate your patience!

📦Partial COD

  • We offer Partial COD where customers pay ₹100 before shipping. This amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Once a shipment is dispatched, the delivery address cannot be changed.
  • If the customer is unable to accept the parcel after 3 delivery attempts, the shipment will be returned to us. In this case, the ₹100 advance will not be refunded.
  • If the customer still wishes to receive the parcel after it is returned, they must prepay the full order value again.
