This warranty protects against manufacturing defects, such as:

- Structural breakage not caused by accidental damage
❌ What’s Not Covered:
Please note that the warranty does not cover:
- Tarnishing due to exposure to moisture, sweat, perfumes, or chemicals
- General wear and tear over time
- Accidental damage, mishandling, or misuse
📝 Warranty Registration Required
To activate your warranty, you must register your product within 10 days of purchase on our website.
Warranty coverage is only valid for registered products on our website -www.highsparksilver.com/warranty.
📩 How to Make a Warranty Claim:
To file a claim, please:
- Email us at care@highsparksilver.com with:
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the defect
- A copy of your original invoice is mandatory (NO EXCEPTIONS) & warranty card serial number (required for all claims)
- Our team will inspect and validate the claim to determine if it falls within warranty terms.
- If approved, we will offer a suitable resolution such as repair, replacement, or store credit.
🚚 Shipping & Inspection:
Once we validate and approve a claim, after confirmation, customers are required to self-ship the item to the following address for inspection:
