Return Policy

We are happy to offer a 15 days Easy Return or Exchange policy for unused and unworn items.

To be eligible for Return or Exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you have received it. It must also be in the original packing.
There is no exchange, return or replacement policy on international orders. 

Kindly note that we will inspect the item before refund / exchange and it will take place only under the following conditions-

-Returns will only be accepted if the product is returned in the original box with our invoice.

-All packages including free items claimed with the order must be returned to be eligible for full refund.

-The products should be new or in unused condition. It should not have any scratches, marks or damage.

-For all ‘Cash On Delivery’ order returns, the COD fee will NOT be refunded.

-We will charge a minor fee of Rs. 100 for the returns as we offer free shipping.

-Once an item has been exchanged it cannot be returned.

-If the item has been resized, altered or damaged we won't be able to offer the refund/exchange and will have to return it to the customer at the customer’s expense.

-Refund will only be initiated once your item reaches back to us and is inspected. Return tracking will be provided for you to track the return. Kindly note returns can take upto 20 days to reach us. Your patience is appreciated in such circumstances.

-If reverse shipment is not available for your pincode, you will be required to ship the product to our warehouse. All shipping charges etc will be borne by the customer. Refund will only be issued once your product reaches our warehouse and passes inspection.

 

RETURN SHIPMENT PROCESS

Once the product is received by us, your refund will be generated to your original mode of payment in 3-7 business days.

SALE items or items bought using Coupons will be refunded in the form of store credit depending on the discretion of HighSpark.

For all ‘Cash On Delivery’ order returns, the COD fee will NOT be refunded.

ALL ITEMS BOUGHT DURING SALES AND DISCOUNTS ARE FINAL AND NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. PLEASE CONNECT WITH US IF YOU HAVE MORE QUERIES.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to exchange the item you have rather than return. Exchanges do not carry any restocking fee. 

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Refunds will reflect in 3-7 working days in your original mode of payment.
