Shipping Policy

SHIPPING

Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days (i.e., Monday – Friday). Some orders, such as pre-order items, may take longer.

We're continuously striving to get your purchase to you sooner, however, in some unforeseen circumstances, it may take a bit longer. In this case, we request your understanding and patience as all orders are shipped via 3rd party courier service.

We offer free shipping only for prepaid orders in excess of Rs. 299. Additional charges of Rs. 50 applicable for COD (Cash on Delivery) orders.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

You will be notified when your order ships from our warehouse with the shipment tracking number.

SHIPMENT DELAYS

We will not be in anyway liable to delays in shipping. All shipping is handled via 3rd party couriers, we will escalate your requests to the shipping partner. All timelines and estimates are approximates given via the courier partner. Kindly please email your shipping related queries to care@highsparksilver.com.

PAYMENT METHOD

You can pay via all major VISA or MASTERCARD credit/debit cards using our payment gateway at the time of checkout. Payment is accepted in INR (Indian National Rupee) at the time of purchase
